BuyIN Event to Foster Collaboration Between Industry and DoD at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division

Companies eager to establish or expand their partnerships within the Department of Defense (DoD) are invited to participate in BuyIN, a premier networking and business development event for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), on April 28th, 2026. Other events include a golf outing on April 27th at the Donald Ross Golf Course as well as a vendor reception on Monday evening from 5-7 PM. This Expo is designed to connect businesses with key decision-makers, providing unparalleled opportunities to secure valuable insight on DoD contracts and military needs.



Time

The 2026 Buy Indiana Expo will be held at the French Lick Resort & Casino on Tuesday, April 28, from 9 AM - 3 PM. 

Exhibitor check-in and set-up is Monday, April 27, from 12 - 6 PM. 

Tee time for the optional golf outing at the Donald Ross Golf Course is 10:30 AM on April 27, 2026. 

The Welcome Reception is from 5 -7 PM on April 27, 2026.

Reservations made on or before February 28th are eligible for our group rate of $159.00. Please use the Group Code: 0325BIB when making reservations. CODE IS ONLY VALID WHEN YOU CALL, not through the hotel's website.  Valid rate with government ID is $110.00.  

Reservations made after 2/28/2025 are subject to prevailing rates.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Crane Regional Defense Group 4 or 5 Star Member, your membership includes a free booth to this event.  Please contact CRDG for the Promo Code before you begin the registration process.  This code is necessary to deduct your booth fee from the final invoice. 

Early Registration:  Until  March 7, 2025 - $375.00

Standard Registration: March 8 - March 21, 2025 - $425.00

Late Registration: March 21 - March 26, 2025 (Registration End Date) - $475.00 

Registration fee includes electricity, one table, two chairs, one boxed lunch, reception attendance, breakout sessions, and a booth packet. The booth size is approximately 10' W x 6' D.

Extra boxed lunch: $35 per person/box.

Additional Booth Space: $250.00

Non-exhibitor attendees should register as: 

Walk-Through Attendee (does not include a booth or lunch)  - $175.00
