Thank you for your continued interest and support of the Buy Indiana Expo. On behalf of NWSC Crane and the Bedford Chamber, it is our pleasure every year to lead this event and facilitate valuable connections between businesses like yours and the federal government. The ecosystem created through these connections with NSWC Crane continues to be a driver of commerce locally and nationally, and we are sincerely grateful for your role in that.

Considering this, we must unfortunately communicate to you information handed down to us from NSWC Crane earlier today:

BuyIN has been postponed indefinitely at this time while the Department of Defense (DoD ) conducts a review to ensure efficiency and impactful spending of taxpayer dollars in alignment with administration priorities. This review means all DoD spending and travel has been paused for the duration of this review. For this reason, we cannot move forward with hosting the Expo until the review has concluded.

We deeply value the vibrant ecosystem that Buy Indiana fosters, connecting each of you with NSWC Crane and driving commerce on a national scale. Your continued participation is a testament to the strength of these connections, and we are sincerely grateful for your ongoing support. We look forward to engaging again in the nearest future possible.

If you made an online payment when registering, your payment will be fully refunded as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as our staff navigates this process of crediting over 175 registrations.

Time

The 2025 Buy Indiana Expo will be held at the French Lick Resort & Casino on Tuesday, April 1, from 9 AM to 3 PM. 

Exhibitor check-in and set-up is Monday, March 31, from 12 - 6 PM. 

Tee times for the optional golf outing at the Donald Ross Golf Course is 10:30 AM on March 31, 2025. 

The Welcome Reception is from 5 -7 PM on March 31, 2025.

Hotel Reservations: French Lick Springs Hotel  - 1-888-936-9360 

Reservations made on or before February 28th are eligible for our group rate of $159.00. Please use the Group Code: 0325BIB when making reservations. CODE IS ONLY VALID WHEN YOU CALL, not through the hotel's website.  Valid rate with government ID is $110.00.  

Reservations made after 2/28/2025 are subject to prevailing rates. 


Pricing

We look forward to having you as an EXHIBITOR in the Expo and offer discounted fees for early registration!  

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Crane Regional Defense Group 4 or 5 Star Member, your membership includes a free booth to this event.  Please contact CRDG for the Promo Code before you begin the registration process.  This code is necessary to deduct your booth fee from the final invoice. 

Early Registration:  Until  March 7, 2025 - $375.00

Standard Registration: March 8 - March 21, 2025 - $425.00

Late Registration: March 21 - March 26, 2025 (Registration End Date) - $475.00 

Registration fee includes electricity, one table, two chairs, one boxed lunch, reception attendance, breakout sessions, and a booth packet. The booth size is approximately 10' W x 6' D.

Extra boxed lunch: $35 per person/box.

Additional Booth Space: $250.00

Non-exhibitor attendees should register as: 

Walk-Through Attendee (does not include a booth or lunch)  - $175.00
